Tony D'Angelo stands tall as NXT champion after brutal four-way match at Stand & Deliver
Four men entered the ring at Stand & Deliver but only one left as the NXT champion on Saturday night.
Joe Hendry had one of his biggest challenges yet. He had to defend the NXT Championship in a fatal four-way match against Tony D’Angelo, Ricky Saints and Ethan Page. Hendry came into the match as the fan favorite as the crowd in St. Louis, Missouri, was singing his entrance music. But he faced three other hungry challengers.

D’Angelo, who came into the match with a chip on his shoulder after being betrayed by a friend at last year’s event, walked out of Stand & Deliver as the new NXT champion.
Saints and Page came into the match aligned and tried to weaken Hendry as best as they could to start. They delivered suplexes and shots to the chest to take him out. But the duo’s rift would grow as Page hit a splash on Saints. But Saints got his revenge shot later in the match.
D’Angelo spent the first few minutes on the outside of the ring. Once he regained his composure, D’Angelo hit a spear and focused himself on Hendry before he was thrown to the outside of the ring. Page and Saints turned their attention to the former "Don of NXT."
The teamwork would last a few moments before Hendry hopped over the ropes and took them both out. For a split second, Hendry was in control. But the numbers game got the better of him again about midway through the match.

D’Angelo stepped back into the ring to face off against Hendry. He began to power up. Multiple German suplexes were doled out and it looked like D’Angelo was taking control of the match. He broke up a Standing Ovation to hit Hendry with a spear. He then speared Saints out of the ring and hit a second spear on Hendry.
With frustration mounting, Saints wiped out D’Angelo with a chair shot. He hit Hendry with a Revolution DDT onto the chair, too. Saints was going to hit Page with a chair as well, but Page took exception. Their own rivalry turned up a notch.
As Page carried Saints up to the stairs, he wanted to put him through the table. Out of nowhere, D’Angelo speared both men through the announce table. It came down to D’Angelo and Hendry.
D’Angelo hit the Dead to Rights and pinned Hendry to win the NXT Championship.
It is D’Angelo’s first reign as NXT champion.

RFK Jr, EPA chief 'declare war' on microplastics amid growing evidence of health risks
Health and Human Services Secretary RFK Jr. and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin are declaring a war on microplastics.
These tiny bits of plastic, which are less than 5 mm in size, can persist in our environment for hundreds or thousands of years. They may also build up in our bodies, our hearts and our brains, causing untold damage.
For the first time, the EPA is adding microplastics and pharmaceuticals to its Contaminant Candidate List for drinking water, which will help to prioritize funding and pave the way for potential future regulation involving Congress.

HHS is also launching the Systematic Targeting of Microplastics — or STOMP — to study how microplastics accumulate in the body.
Kennedy spoke with Fox News in an exclusive interview accompanying the EPA/HHS announcement.
"We do not have the science that distinguishes between the impacts of these different types of plastics, and maybe if we identify those impacts, the damaging ones can be immediately eliminated, because you can replace them with something else," he said.
"Our job — and we are really at the limit of our power right now — is to try to answer those questions before we take another action."

Kennedy pointed to emerging science suggesting microplastics’ direct impacts on public health.
"Some of them may be benign – others are very, very harmful," he warned. "The science shows if they cause inflammation, they cause oxidative stress."
"As a body, they are endocrine disruptors, so they interfere with fertility," he added.
As emerging research suggests a higher risk of heart attack, stroke and neurodegenerative disease when microplastics are present at the cellular level, "the time to act is now," according to Dr. Leonardo Trasande, a professor of pediatrics and population health at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
During a panel accompanying the announcement, Trasande compared the issue to efforts to reduce lead exposure in the 1970s, when the government took action as soon as the danger was identified, even before all research was complete.

Kennedy, who has a long history of fighting chemicals in the environment, blames big businesses for causing the problem and wants them to clean it up. "That’s a lesson we are all supposed to have learned at kindergarten – that you clean up after yourself, you don’t force the public to do it."
The same approach applies to pharmaceuticals that make their way into the environment, he noted.
"Particularly for our children, it's very alarming. They are swimming around now in a toxic soup. It's coming from everywhere," Kennedy warned. "It's coming from their food. It's coming from agriculture. It's coming from the air and water, and it's coming from pharmaceutical drugs.
"Lee has directed his agency under President Trump to do this study so we can start regulating the discharge of these chemicals," he went on. "A lot of them you can remove through carbon technology and other technologies."

Administrator Zeldin said he believes the fight against microplastics is a bipartisan issue. He is calling for more education and transparency when it comes to microplastics and public health, cautioning against the federal government proposing a one-size-fits-all solution.
"You want to be able to get the answers, you want to see the gold-standard science," he said. "You demand radical transparency. You're looking through the website, and it's ignoring what you came to that web page to look for. I feel like there's a communication gap – and when there's a communication gap, there's a trust gap."
Zeldin and Kennedy have been working closely under President Trump's Make America Healthy Again agenda and say they enjoy working together.
"There's no American in this country who can't get heard somehow by Secretary Kennedy, and it's just an honor to serve alongside him," Zeldin said.

Kennedy added, "I like everybody in that Cabinet, but Lee and I work with particular closeness, and I've really enjoyed the relationship."
It is clear they would like this relationship to continue, even if their roles change. "You never know what’s going to happen," Kennedy said.

But it was what Emma revealed that truly shook the others, especially Charlie.

Pattinson, mostly known for serious work, is able to bring the funny out of Charlie while being increasingly terrified of his fiancée while Zendaya's Emma brilliantly sends mixed signals as to whether she's a changed person from what she once was.
"The Drama" marks Norwegian writer/director Kristoffer Borgli's second English-language film following 2023's underrated Nicolas Cage gem "Dream Scenario." Based on both films, Borgli proves he has the rare gift of balancing humor and intensity. And when Ari Aster ("Hereditary," Midsommar," "Beau is Afraid," "Eddington") is listed as a producer, you know you're in for something really twisted.

Trump admin urges restoring ballroom construction in emergency motion: 'Time is of the essence'
The Trump administration filed an emergency motion to restore White House ballroom reconstruction, warning "time is of the essence" and saying President Donald Trump and his staff's "security and safety" are at risk by the judge's "untenable" ruling.
In the filing, Justice Department lawyers said the partially built project includes "deep Top Secret excavations, foundations, and structures" that must be completed quickly to protect sensitive construction and security features from exposure.
"This order is untenable and must be stayed in that the building is under construction, with deep Top Secret excavations, foundations, and structures, already built, and ready to receive heavily fortified, for security reasons, steel, bullet, ballistic, and blast proof glass, and drone proof roofing materials, which must be finished quickly, and not allowed to be exposed to the conditions and elements of an open construction site," Friday night's motion urges.

The appeal asks the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to stay U.S. District Judge Richard Leon’s order halting the project, which Leon ruled cannot proceed without congressional approval.
The administration argues the judge himself acknowledged that work needed to secure the White House grounds and protect the president and staff can continue.
"In granting this shocking, unprecedented, and improper injunction, one that could have been sought long ago, prior to the start of construction (in that there was full knowledge, through large scale media attention and publicity, that the White House ballroom was planned to be built, and there would have been a great deal of time for them to object, long before the start of construction, even though their objection would likewise have been baseless and frivolous), the district court took the erroneous, sweeping view that Congress did not authorize the ballroom construction at the White House — yet correctly allows construction 'necessary to ensure the safety and security of the White House and its grounds, including the ballroom construction site, and provide for the personal safety of the President and his staff,'" the DOJ argued.

Also, the lawyers wrote, the judge ignored the administration's overtures to have him visit the site to see the privately funded $400 million project.
"The judge was given an opportunity to see the construction taking place at the site, but surprisingly, never responded to our invitation," Trump Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate wrote.
Preservationists challenging the construction say the administration unlawfully bypassed federal review and authorization requirements, but the DOJ rejected the judge's claims that congressional approval is needed for a privately funded ballroom.

"Yet, a district judge ordered the President to halt ongoing reconstruction of the East Wing of the White House by April 14, leaving a massive excavation and structurally completed site adjacent to the now open and exposed Executive Mansion and threatening grave national-security harms to the White House, the President and his family, and the President’s staff."
"Almost 400 Million Dollars of private donations and contributions (No taxpayer dollars are being used to build this long sought, and desperately needed, ballroom!) have already been committed, or spent, in the purchase of heavy, large scale, and other types of building materials. The path to this injunction confirms its unfairness, untenability, and danger to the White House and the people working and living within its walls," he added.

The new motion filed by the National Park Service said the federal district court lacks the constitutional authority "to entertain this suit, which rests on a single pedestrian’s subjective architectural feelings."
The initial lawsuit against the construction was brought by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a nonprofit organization, alleging Trump exceeded his authority when he razed the historic East Wing and launched construction on the new building.
Friday's motion argues the claims are "legally baseless" and "no Trust member has standing."

The East Wing was originally built in 1902 and expanded four decades later during Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency.

"In the Ballroom case, the Judge said we have to get Congressional approval," Trump wrote this week on Truth Social. "He is WRONG! Congressional approval has never been given on anything, in these circumstances, big or small, having to do with construction at the White House."

Philadelphia man stabs Planet Fitness worker after getting banned from gym: police
A Philadelphia man is facing an attempted murder charge after authorities say he stabbed a gym employee multiple times at a Planet Fitness he had been banned from, leaving the victim fighting for his life.
Davier Massey, 28, was arrested Thursday shortly after the attack at the gym in the Wyncote section of Cheltenham Township, the local police department said.
Officers responded around 12:30 p.m. to reports of a stabbing at the Planet Fitness and found a male employee suffering from multiple stab wounds, police said. He was rushed to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries. No updates on his current condition were immediately provided.
Investigators said the attack followed an altercation between the employee and Massey, who had been banned from the gym.

Massey was taken into custody a short distance from the scene and is now facing a long list of charges, including attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and possession of an instrument of crime, according to police.
Authorities said bail was denied, and Massey is being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility pending further court proceedings.
Police have not released a motive for the attack or additional details about what sparked the confrontation at the gym.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton says he found God amid medical scare in emotional confession
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is sharing his faith journey after revealing that he found God during a recent life-threatening medical experience.
On March 23, Hilton revealed that he had been hospitalized for three weeks with severe sepsis and infections. In a candid video, he said God had "presented himself to me" during the ordeal and changed him through the experience.
"God presented himself to me and then did something. Something I can only call miraculous... it was real, and this has been life-changing," he said.
On Thursday, the entertainment columnist posted another tearful video to social media in which he apologized for past mistakes and said he had begun reading the Bible again.
"I’ve been crying, but happy tears. Happy tears. Because this is just, this is just so crazy. I’ve been reading the Bible, and so much of what is said here I had already been thinking of. It’s just overwhelming in the best, most beautiful way," he said, while holding up a Bible to the camera.
Hilton said what he was reading in Scripture mirrored changes he had already begun making in his personal life, and he expressed remorse for what he described as past "selfish" behavior.
"I made a lot of mistakes in my past. We all have. Nobody's perfect," he said. "But my mistakes are very public. The internet is forever. Receipts are forever. I carry with me deep shame and regret. I'm sorry. I will continue to apologize. I have also reached out to make amends. I've apologized publicly and privately to dozens of people."
"Because I was so selfish, because I didn't care who I hurt. I just cared about the views, the attention, the money — people hated me," he continued. "Some people enjoyed it, but it felt like most people hated me. And last week, since I've been home, I haven't been getting as much hate, and I've been getting love and prayers."

Hungry peacock taps on windows for food, helps himself to fruit and peanuts in neighborhood homes
A peacock has taken up residence on a quiet neighborhood street — regularly wandering into yards and even tapping on windows in search of food.
Residents say the bird, affectionately named Pete, first appeared about six months ago. No one has come forward to claim him, news agency SWNS reported.
Since then, locals have grown used to the unexpected visitor.

Some folks have even created a group chat to keep track of his movements and sightings around the neighborhood of Guildford in Surrey, England.

Homeowner Jim Andy said he first spotted Pete outside his home, and later gave the bird its name.
He said the peacock often moves between nearby properties and appears comfortable around people.

Some residents have raised concerns about the bird's safety, particularly on nearby roads, while others have embraced the unusual guest.
"He is here every day," said Nicola Andy, Jim Andy's wife. "He doesn't want to go, apparently."
Neighbors say Pete has developed a varied diet, eating food left out for him, such as fruit, herbs, peanuts and bird seed.
Martin Dowland, a resident of the area, said the peacock frequently visits his yard and has even taken food directly from his hand.

He described the bird as calm but noted its large wingspan can be startling.
Dowland said the peacock recently wandered into his home through a back door.
"I say that I want him to go, but I keep feeding him. I have a soft spot for him," Dowland noted.

While some residents say they would prefer the bird found a permanent home — many have grown fond of their feathered visitor.

The daring U.S. military rescue of a seriously wounded airman is being hailed as an American success story, as President Donald Trump announced "we got him!" and detailed the "AMAZING show of bravery and talent," turning a potential American setback into a show of might.
Details about the rescue are trickling in, including senior administration officials telling Fox News how the CIA deflected enemy attention with a "deception campaign."
The CIA spread word in Iran through multiple sources that U.S. forces had already found the second of two airmen who ejected from their F-15, and were moving him out of Iran in a maritime exfiltration elsewhere, sources told Fox News, but that was designed to buy time to find the stranded weapons system officer.
The CIA picked up a distress signal, passing the intelligence on to the Pentagon and White House, which ordered the immediate rescue mission, according to sources.

There was initial fear the "beacon signal" was an Iranian "trap," sources said.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe informed Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Dan "Raizin'" Caine and, ultimately, Trump.
"Within eight hours, we had planes in motion," the source said. "Within almost 12 hours we were on the ground in Iran.

"We executed multiple large-scale strikes in the surrounding area using every tactical jet in the U.S. inventory and B-1 Bombers to keep him safe," according to a senior U.S. official.
Trump saluted the complex operation to exfiltrate the "highly respected colonel."
"We have rescued the seriously wounded, and really brave, F-15 Crew Member/Officer, from deep inside the mountains of Iran," Trump wrote Sunday morning on Truth Social, announcing an Oval Office news conference set for 1 p.m. ET Monday. "The Iranian Military was looking hard, in big numbers, and getting close."

One night earlier, Trump hailed "one of the most daring Search and Rescue Operations in U.S. History."
"My fellow Americans, over the past several hours, the United States Military pulled off one of the most daring Search and Rescue Operations in U.S. History, for one of our incredible Crew Member Officers, who also happens to be a highly respected Colonel, and who I am thrilled to let you know is now SAFE and SOUND!" Trump wrote Saturday night on Truth Social.
"This brave Warrior was behind enemy lines in the treacherous mountains of Iran, being hunted down by our enemies, who were getting closer and closer by the hour, but was never truly alone because his Commander in Chief, Secretary of War, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and fellow Warfighters were monitoring his location 24 hours a day, and diligently planning for his rescue," he said.
The injured airman was the second of two crew members from the warplane Iran claimed it had brought down with its air defenses on Friday.
Several aircraft were destroyed during the U.S. rescue mission, Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guards claimed Sunday according to the Tasnim news agency. An Iranian military spokesperson said a C-130 military transport plane and two Black Hawk helicopters were among the downed craft.

NHL fan goes into labor during Oilers game against Golden Knights, broadcaster says
An NHL fan at Rogers Place to watch the Edmonton Oilers take on the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday gave birth in the arena during the game, according to a broadcaster.
Oilers play-by-play man Jack Michaels made the revelation as Sportsnet came back on air for the start of the third period.

"Breaking news, we have word that someone has gone into labor here tonight," Michaels said. "There’s a baby being born on the seventh floor at Rogers Place as we speak. So, someone is going to have a great story to tell. It would be nice to have them join us on ‘After Hours’ to describe what’s happened but that could be asking a bit much."
There was no more information given about the baby, including the child’s name. Perhaps Edmond or Edmund could be a fitting name if the child is a boy.

Meanwhile, the Oilers fell to the Golden Knights, 5-1. Brett Howden and Jeremy Lauzon each had a goal and an assist. Colton Sissons, Mark Stone and Rasmus Andersson had a goal each as well.
Vegas goaltender Carter Hart made 31 saves in the victory as the team remained perfect since John Tortorella was named head coach.
Both teams are in the midst of a division title race. Edmonton maintained a slim lead over the Anaheim Ducks with five games left in the season. Each team has 87 points on the year.
With the win, Vegas moved a point back behind both teams.

Archaeologists uncover mysterious Christian artifact near waters tied to Jesus' ministry: 'No known parallel'
Archaeologists have uncovered a one-of-a-kind artifact near the Sea of Galilee that may reveal new details about how early Christians practiced baptism.
The 1,400-year-old artifact was recently found in the ancient city of Hippos, a prominent bishop's seat during the Byzantine era, according to a March 30 press release shared with Fox News Digital.
The city was once the only Christian city around the Sea of Galilee, controlling territory associated with Jesus' ministry.

The marble block was found in a hall of baptism called a photisterion. It may shed light on "a stage of the early Christian baptismal rite that has until now gone unrecorded," officials said.
Hippos' cathedral had two baptismal halls: one for adults, and another for infants and children, which is where the new object was found.
The smaller hall was constructed after 591 A.D. and was destroyed by an earthquake in 749 A.D. — meaning the object is roughly 1,400 years old.

Officials described the artifact as "a rectangular block bearing three hemispheric cavities, found beside a baptismal font in a newly revealed ceremonial hall."
Researchers believe the block may have held three different oils used during a threefold baptismal immersion ceremony.
Pictures of the object show the weathered marble block with three bowl-shaped basins, suggesting it was designed to hold liquids side by side.
Early Christian baptisms more commonly involved two anointings before and after the rite — which makes the three-part design particularly unusual.

"The collapse buried the marble and bronze artifacts beneath the rubble, preserving them until their recent discovery," the release noted.
Officials added, "After extensive examination and comparison, the scholars concluded that no known parallels to the artifact exist."
Michael Eisenberg, a University of Haifa archaeologist who recently published the results in the journal PEQ, along with colleague Arleta Kowalewska, said the object was found among a variety of "remarkable liturgical objects," including a bronze candelabrum used to hold candles.
"Only after careful research did we realize how unique they are for understanding Christian ritual practices in the cradle of Christianity by the Sea of Galilee," he said.

The object was "nothing special at first glance," to the excavations, Eisenberg told Fox News Digital.
"But here is exactly where the archaeological and liturgical studies came into play."
"Realizing that it is a one-of-a-kind artifact that may fill unknown regional and perhaps wider lacunae in one of the most ancient and sacred Christian ceremonies was a complete surprise."
Eisenberg said the findings may "open a portal" to the development of baptism rituals in the early Christian world.

"In different regions, distinct liturgical traditions developed, many of which are not documented in written sources," the archaeologist said.
"This find offers a rare glimpse into how the baptismal rite was shaped and practiced in the Byzantine Christian community of Hippos."
The find joins a long list of significant archaeological discoveries found at Hippos in recent years.
Last year, excavators in Hippos found a 1,600-year-old Christian care facility for the elderly, which is possibly the world's oldest nursing home.
Last July, metal detectorists found a trove of ancient jewelry and gold coins near ruins in Hippos.
