Presley Gerber, son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, dead at 27
Presley Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died. He was 27.
Presley's death was confirmed by Cindy’s representative to Fox News Digital, sharing a statement from the family: "The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time."
According to online records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Gerber died Sunday at a rehabilitation facility.
TMZ noted that an autopsy has yet to be completed.
Presley was the only son of Cindy and Rande Gerber and the older brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber.
Presley had been open about his mental health struggles, speaking publicly about them on social media and in interviews.
Kaia spoke about her brother's mental health and drug use to Vogue in a cover story published in August 2026.
Vogue described Presley’s journey as a "decade-long struggle with drug addiction."

Kaia, 24, told the outlet: "When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone."
"I think that’s also why I started to self-identify as the easy one and never wanted to ask for help. Because it felt like too much to have two children who were needing," she added.
"My parents for most of our lives were very, very private and didn’t share anything—and now we have this absolute teacher, my brother, who says, ‘I’m gonna be very human for everyone.’ There’s only so much you can hide from the world. And trying to put a lid on something just makes the person feel like you’re ashamed of them," Kaia told Vogue, referring to Presley's openness on social media about his mental health and drug use struggles.

In December 2025, Presley shared an Instagram video — which he later deleted — speaking out about taking medications including Xanax, Valium and buprenorphine while discussing his panic attacks and recovery, according to People magazine.
"Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of loss in many different forms recently, so that is not an excuse, but it’s the reason why I am where I’m at now," the outlet reported, noting that he said he wanted to reach "people in many ways."
"A. So you feel like you’re not alone, because that is how I feel most of the time and I have a feeling that if I saw all of this, a lot of people will at least know that there’s someone else going through it. And the second thing is, hopefully I find some people out here and are willing to help or know someone that could help," he said, via People.
He also appeared on a Studio 22 podcast in February 2023.
"Having struggled with mental health, depression and some other things that come along with that, I think that whether I help one person or a hundred people get out of that place that I was in at one point in my life, that’s alI I need to do."
In 2019, Presley was charged with a DUI.

Manhunt underway in California after armed suspect allegedly points gun at people, shoots at officers
Deputies in California are searching for a man believed to be armed and dangerous after allegedly murdering a woman and shooting at others, according to authorities.
Derek Spencer, 44, is wanted for several felonies, including pointing a firearm at people in Placer County on Sunday, according to the Placer County Sheriff's Office. Authorities said Spencer was initially wanted after allegedly pointing a firearm at people earlier Sunday.
During the search for Spencer earlier on Sunday, deputies found him in the Iowa Hill area. Spencer rammed a patrol vehicle before fleeing the area, triggering the manhunt.

Spencer also fired shots at law enforcement officers and helicopters assisting law enforcement. No law enforcement officers were injured during the search for Spencer.
Everyone in the Iowa Hill area is urged to lock their doors and remain inside.
In an update on Sunday night, the sheriff's office said the search remained ongoing, noting the search is very challenging due to the area being very large, with dense forest and steep, rugged terrain.

But during the search, deputies located a murder victim they believe was killed by Spencer.
"As tactical teams worked to clear a home where Spencer had been earlier in the search, they located an adult female who had been shot and killed inside the home. At this point in the investigation, it’s believed Spencer murdered the woman before fleeing into the surrounding forest," deputies said.
The sheriff's office is being assisted by multiple other law enforcement agencies.
"Teams will continue searching throughout the night and will not slow down as we work to locate this armed and very dangerous individual," the sheriff's office said.
The sheriff's office described Spencer as a bald man with a goatee.
Missing Carnival Panorama passenger jumped overboard off Mexico's coast
A passenger traveling on a Carnival Panorama cruise jumped overboard as the ship was wrapping up the last full day of a week-long sailing.
The cruise departed Long Beach, California, on September 13 and was headed back there from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, when a male passenger jumped overboard, according to the cruise line.
"Carnival Cruise Line confirmed Saturday that a male guest aboard Carnival Panorama jumped overboard while the ship was sailing from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to Long Beach, California," a Carnival Cruise Line spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

"When notified of a missing guest, the ship's team initiated search and investigation procedures, including reviewing CCTV footage and notifying both the U.S. and Mexico Coast Guards," the statement continued.
The spokesperson said the company is providing support to the family who was traveling with the guest.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their loved ones," the statement reads.
According to a Reddit user who said they were aboard the sailing, announcements regarding a missing guest were heard at around 11 a.m. on Saturday. Carnival Panorama had departed from its last port of call on the sail, Puerto Vallarta, at 8 p.m. on Thursday.
The call for the missing guest was repeated several times over the next several hours. At about 3 p.m., the ship reportedly turned around.
Another announcement was made at about 3:30 p.m. that there would be a shipwide search, and all guests were told to return to their staterooms. Security visited each of the staterooms to scan guests' ship identification cards, which is a standard procedure in the event of a search.
An hour later, another announcement suggested the search was continuing, and guests were instructed to remain in their staterooms.
At around 5 p.m., the captain and cruise director said the guest had been confirmed overboard after a review of onboard cameras, adding that local authorities would continue the search and rescue operation and guests were no longer required to stay in their staterooms.
The family and traveling companions of the missing guest were notified of his disappearance and were offered support from the care team.
Shortly after 7 p.m., guests were told that the ship was expected to reach Long Beach at 9 a.m.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs capitalized on a turnover. Mahomes saw Kelce burst out to the right side. He caught the ball and ran into the end zone for a touchdown. It was a vintage play that so many NFL fans have seen for years.

The score caused a raucous celebration from Swift. The NBC broadcast caught Swift pointing to her wedding ring as Kelce celebrated in the end zone.

Swift has been a mainstay at Arrowhead Stadium since the two began dating a few years ago. She and Kelce hard launched their relationship nearly three years ago when she showed up to support the legendary tight end when the Chiefs took on the Chicago Bears.

Patrick Clancy begged for just one of his children to survive, held baby Callan as he died in his arms and revealed why he forgave Lindsay after she killed their three children.
Speaking with correspondent Ross Douthat on CBS News' "60 Minutes," the grieving father shared new details about his children's final moments, what Lindsay told him about the killings and the online attacks he says are hurting their legacy.
The interview aired after Lindsay's triple-murder trial ended in a mistrial. Her attorneys argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was not criminally responsible, while prosecutors maintained she knew what she was doing.
From his desperate plea at the hospital to the online claims that followed the mistrial, Patrick described how the tragedy has shaped every part of his life.
Patrick said he clung to hope that Callan might survive after his siblings, 5-year-old Cora and 3-year-old Dawson, were found dead inside the family's Duxbury, Massachusetts, home.
Doctors had restored the baby's heartbeat, and Patrick told Douthat he began imagining the life he could still give his youngest child.
"I remember that night, I really thought there was a chance that Callan would live," Patrick said.
"And I remember just thinking, ‘Just give me one. Just give me one kid,’" he continued. "And I would raise him as best I could, and I would give him the best life I possibly could. And I'd tell him about his brother and sister."
Patrick said that hope faded when he reached Boston Children's Hospital and saw the look on a doctor's face.
Callan's heart continued beating for four days. Patrick became emotional as he recalled apologizing to his son and spending his final moments beside him.
"I said, ‘I'm so sorry,’" he told Douthat, his voice breaking. "And I got to hold him. I got to lay down next to him. And he died in my arms."
While Callan remained in the hospital, Patrick said he held his son's hand and used his free hand to write about all three children. He told Douthat he feared their memories might fade if he did not put them into words.
The tributes Patrick wrote also included words of forgiveness for Lindsay. He said she has never asked him to forgive her, but he chose to give that forgiveness anyway.
"I saw headlines that said, you know, ‘killer mom’ and ‘baby murderer,’ ‘monster,’ and none of them were accurate," Patrick said during the interview. "I believe that it was her mental illness that caused that."
Patrick said he also feared anger would consume him if he could not forgive her.
"I felt that if I didn't get there, I would be eaten up inside," he said.
When Patrick asked Lindsay whether she remembered killing their children, he said she described the memory as dreamlike.
"She said it was like a dream, and she remembered it much in the way you would remember a dream after waking up," he told Douthat.
Patrick said he did the best he could as Lindsay's condition worsened but must live with what happened.
"I think I did the best I could with what I had at the time, and I live with the outcome," he said. "I live with it every day."
Patrick told Douthat his grief became so overwhelming that he questioned whether he would live to see another birthday.
"There was a time where I didn't think I would live to see my 35th birthday, and I was completely fine with it," he said.
Patrick later left Duxbury for New York City, where he could grieve without being recognized. Five weeks after the move, on what would have been Callan's first birthday, he went to St. Patrick's Cathedral, lit a candle and told his son, "I love you, buddy."
"And I walk out on Fifth Avenue and I start crying my eyes out, and nobody cared," Patrick recalled.
For Patrick, being able to cry without drawing attention was exactly what he needed.
"I thought, this is where I need to be," he said. "I can grieve."
His Manhattan apartment remains filled with reminders of the children, including a baby sloth Cora carried everywhere and a photograph of Callan wearing an oversized bow tie, "60 Minutes" showed.
Patrick said they also return to him in vivid dreams. In one, Cora walked into the kitchen of the family's former home and hugged him.
"I just looked at her and it was like I basically just said, ‘Where have you been?’" he recalled. "Those dreams are so real."
The mistrial unleashed what Douthat described as a "trial by TikTok," with online sleuths and influencers spreading baseless theories portraying Patrick as uncaring, unfaithful and even responsible for the children's deaths.
"It's deeply harmful to the legacy of my children," Patrick said. "It is a huge distraction from what really matters here, which is perinatal mental health, and it's done real harm to real people."
He said the repeated accusations have made it painful to be in public and warned that people may start believing false claims if they see them often enough.
"After seeing lie after lie after lie, they start to believe it," Patrick said. "And that's what we're left with."
Patrick said he sought answers from Postpartum Support International, psychiatrists and other experts. Those conversations helped him begin processing what happened.
Patrick's wife, Dr. Rachel Danis, joined him for the "60 Minutes" interview and recalled first learning about his children after noticing their photograph on his phone during a coffee outing.
"I just asked, ‘Who are those cuties?’" Danis told Douthat. "And Pat had said, ‘Those are my kids.’"
When she asked whether they lived in Massachusetts, Patrick told her they had died.
Patrick and Danis met through a New York running club in January 2024. Their relationship deepened as they continued running together, and they married in New York City this April.
The couple also discussed starting a family.
Asked what he would tell a future child about Cora, Dawson and Callan, Patrick said all of his children would remain part of the same family.
"You have different relationships with your kids, but they're all your kids," he said. "And I can't wait to tell them about their brothers and sister."
Judge William Sullivan declared a mistrial Sept. 4 after jurors split 11-1, with 11 favoring a finding that Lindsay was not criminally responsible and one holding out for a conviction. Prosecutors have not announced whether they will try her again.
Cowboys' Cobie Durant gets stepped on in worst place possible during win over Commanders
The Dallas Cowboys came out with a huge NFC East win over the Washington Commanders on Sunday 37-20 but one player got a little bit more than he bargained for during the game.
Cowboys cornerback Cobie Durant was in the secondary trying to defend Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin in the end zone in the second quarter. Jayden Daniels threw a missile over McLaurin’s head. Durant hit the ground and landed flat on his chest.

As he was down, Cowboys safety Markquese Bell was walking backward and didn’t appear to see Durant on the ground. Bell stepped on Durant’s butt and groin area, causing more pain than the cornerback was already in.
Durant was on the ground for a few moments trying to gather himself. He was eventually helped up by Cowboys trainers. He left the game and did not return.

Durant joined the Cowboys in the offseason on a one-year deal worth $4 million. He spent the first four seasons with the Los Angeles Rams. He had 141 tackles and seven interceptions in 61 games. He had one tackle and a pass breakup in last week’s loss to the New York Giants.
Meanwhile, the Cowboys held the Commanders to 10 points in the second half as Daniels suffered a dislocated elbow. Dallas forced a fumble on Dyami Brown – it was the only turnover of the game.
Dallas moved to 1-1 on the season and Washington fell to 0-2.
Chad Gilbert, New Found Glory founding member and lead guitarist, dead at 45
Chad Gilbert, the founding member and lead guitarist for the punk rock band New Found Glory, has died. He was 45.
The band and the late musician's wife Lisa Cimorelli announced the news of Gilbert's death in a joint Instagram post Saturday. The post did not cite a cause of death, but Gilbert had battled adrenal cancer since 2021, and in February, underwent brain surgery after doctors found tumors.
"On the morning of September 20th, Chad Everett Gilbert passed away peacefully in his sleep," they wrote. "He left this world surrounded by friends and family and took his final breaths with his wife and mother by his side, just as he wished."

"We are devastated and shocked by how quickly he left us, yet so grateful for how peacefully and smoothly he went," they continued. "Chad’s guitar playing, songwriting, humor, and relentless drive helped shape New Found Glory for nearly three decades," they wrote. "Through more than a dozen albums, endless tours around the world, and more accolades than we ever could have imagined, Chad challenged all of us to grow as musicians, performers, and human beings."
"While we are devastated to lose him, we are so grateful for the incredible life he lived, the memories we shared, and the brotherhood we had. His influence will always be part of New Found Glory and his spirit will be felt on every stage we stand on, with every note we play."

Gilbert had been open about his battle with stage 4 adrenal cancer that was first diagnosed in 2021 and later spread to his spine, lungs and brain. He was initially diagnosed with metastatic pheochromocytoma, a rare adrenal gland cancer, in which the tumor grows inside the inner part of the adrenal gland.
In a February interview with People magazine, he shared that he began experiencing weakness on the left side of his body and difficulty walking while New Found Glory was promoting its latest album "Listen Up!"
After collapsing at home, Gilbert underwent a scan and doctors discovered he had three brain tumors, one of which required emergency surgery. Gilbert later underwent radiation and immunotherapy to treat the two remaining tumors.
After the operation, he told People magazine his diagnosis changed to adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), which starts growing in the outer layer of the adrenal gland.

In a March Instagram post, Gilbert wrote that his "recovery has been bumpy at times," but that he was "feeling much better now and getting stronger by the day."
Gilbert returned to the stage in June, performing with New Found Glory during their tour stop in Nashville, Tennessee. He joined the band onstage to perform a few songs while using a mobility scooter.
"I got to play a show in front of my daughter, something I truly never thought I’d get to do again," he wrote in an Instagram post following the show. "And my beautiful wife and all the nurses and doctors, my amazing team that have kept me alive through my battle. It was very emotional getting up on stage with my band again to play. So many feelings all at once."

Gilbert shared daughter Lily, 5, with Cimorelli, whom he wed in 2020. The guitarist was previously married to Eisley singer Sherri DuPree. The two tied the knot in 2007 but split later that year. Gilbert was also married to Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams from 2016 to 2017.
Born March 9, 1981 in Coral Springs, Florida, Gilbert helped form New Found Glory in 1997. The band broke through with its 2002 album, "Sticks and Stones," which featured the hit singles "My Friends Over You" and "Head On Collision" and reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart.
New Found Glory followed up with 2004's "Catalyst," which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, and produced the singles "All Downhill from Here" and "Failure’s Not Flattering."

Cubs star Alex Bregman hospitalized after taking brutal foul ball to the face
Chicago Cubs third baseman Alex Bregman left Sunday's 9-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds after being struck in the face by a foul ball while waiting in the on-deck circle.
During the top of the fourth inning at Great American Ball Park, teammate Michael Busch chopped a foul ball into the dirt near home plate. The ball jumped off the dirt and hit Bregman squarely on the left side of his face.
Bregman ran toward the visitors' dugout in visible pain while holding his face.
Medical staff escorted him to the clubhouse, and Matt Shaw entered the game to replace him at third base.
Cubs manager Craig Counsell confirmed the ball hit Bregman directly on his left cheekbone, causing a laceration under his eye, a nosebleed and swelling.
Bregman was transported to a local Cincinnati hospital for CT scans and X-rays to check for orbital and cheek fractures.

Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn holds up Palestinian flag during show after Macklemore tour removal
The English band Gorillaz appeared to call out the decision to boot rapper Macklemore from Ed Sheeran's tour over his call for a "Free Palestine" with a similar stunt during one of their shows last week.
While performing in Florida on Thursday, band frontman Damon Albarn held up a Palestinian flag and draped it over his shoulder while addressing the audience.
"Don’t forget this. Ever. Stand your position. Don’t ever be neutral," Albarn said.

Fox News Digital reached out to Gorillaz and Sheeran for comment.
Gorillaz is one of several performers who have used the stage to promote anti-Israel causes since the Oct. 7 terror attacks. The band previously performed at the Together for Palestine concert in 2025 for Palestinian organizations.
During the Glastonbury Festival in 2024, Albarn asked the audience whether they supported Palestine.
"Three things, and you have to show me how you feel about them: Palestine. Are you pro-Palestine? Do you feel that’s an unfair war? Okay," Albarn said.
Gorillaz's stunt came after Macklemore was removed from Sheeran's tour, causing several progressive figures to rally behind the rapper and criticize Sheeran, though Sheeran's representatives have said he was not involved in the decision.

Macklemore has since doubled down on his activism and defended his efforts to shout "Free Palestine" at his show and perform his anti-Israel song "Hind's Hall."
"I’m not sure how to start this. So I’m going to speak from the heart and share the truth," Macklemore wrote in a lengthy Instagram statement last week. "Ed Sheeran and his team have made the decision to remove me from The Loop tour. But before I get into it, I want to say something that should be obvious. In this moment I think it matters. I am not a victim. Ed Sheeran is not a victim. Pink is not a victim. We have careers, money, opportunities, safety and audiences around the world. Whatever consequences any of us face for what we say, we get to go home to our families."
Sheeran addressed the controversy during his show on Saturday night.
"Now, I want to address the question of where I stand in the situation in Israel and Palestine and whether my doing this concert here tonight implies where I stand. I’ve tried in my career to not be a political commentator of any kind because I want my music and shows to be about unity not division, about humanity not politics," Sheeran said.
He continued, "But this is a humanitarian issue and I cannot hide how I feel about it anymore. What happened in Israel at a… music festival on Oct. 7 was horrific and compounded centuries of Jewish pain. What is happening in Gaza is catastrophic and unjustifiable and disproportionate."
